A few years ago, I was a total podcast newbie when Ann Brennan invited me as a guest on her podcast, Small Business Connections. We talked about my framework for scaling a business and the stories along my entrepreneurship journey that inspired my process.

So when Bella Englebach recently invited me onto her podcast, The Edges of Lean, it was an easy yes. First, how could I say no to someone as passionate about Lean as I am?
